There were some situation that my room mate who supposed to share room with me occupied the room and didn’t let me in. And soon came out and yell at me and yell at the staffs for no reason. That runatic
Even tho this bullshitful situation happened staffs managed the situation very nicely and even comported me and gave me a tea and talk to me to made me feel better!
Not gonna lie one of the best staffs I’ve ever met and best hostel facilities ever!
Will def visit again

Our stay exceeded expectations. The Family Premier room had a small living room with a sofa bed, large desk and the bedroom was of decent size. The small kitchen was good for heating up or fixing meals. The apartment was really clean and had a nice city view. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. There were fruits, salads, cold items, hot items - both local and continental, as well as live counter for eggs and noodle soup etc. The items changed every day which kept it even more interesting. Nanjing road was 2 mins away, People square station and park around 5 min walk. Bund was around 20 mins by foot. Hotel is in a quieter location, but near most everything. It's much nicer than the pictures i'm sharing.

Location is great, it was right in the city and a couple of blocks away from Nanjing Road. The appartment located above many local restaurants which we really enjoyed. We tried most of the restautants and all of them was good and authentic with reasonable price. The appartment layout was good and spacious. The staff was very helpful, i left my phone charger when check out, but Lemon was so kind to post the charger to another hotel we stayed in a different town.

The hotel was a 10/10. Everything was better than described! Staff were kind and helpful, the language barrier was never a problem. The room wasn’t the largest ever but fitted us perfectly and it had modernized amenities. This is a great hotel!!!
