If you are a pet lover this place is for you. You will meet ZaiZai the dog and all his cat friends. Moreover you're gonna be kindly welcomed by the hostess who will provide all the information you may need. The hotel is in the middle of the main ancient street and the rooms are very well decorated. There's a garden for the sunny days too, and the hostess makes a very tasty coffe. We can only recommend this charming place!

The location of the hotel and the view from the balcony was amazing (even better than the pictures!!!). The owners were very sweet and helped us a lot with the planning of trips and arranging transport. They know the area and the highlights very well. Chinese breakfast was delicious each morning. The hotel is located close to Yangshuo station and we were picked up from the train station by the owners which was vey nice. The highlights of the area (xianggong hill, laozhai hill, li river l) are on walking distance from the hotel (if you enjoy hiking through nature). The room was very comfortabel and clean. I recommend staying in XingPing rather than Yangshuo as the main attractions are located in Xingping and not Yangshuo (which many internet guides seem to have wrong for some reason). One day trip to Yangshuo is more than enough. We enjoyed the scenery surrounding XingPing more than Yangshuo.

Staying at this Li River scenic area hotel in Yangshuo was a wonderful experience! Converted from an old house, it blends history with modern comfort. The pool was a lifesaver during summer, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. The serene environment ensured peaceful relaxation. The staff went above and beyond, crafting detailed travel plans that made exploring a breeze. To top it off, the local cuisine served here was delicious, truly capturing the flavors of the region. I can't wait to return.

Very good chinese style breakfast. The staff was very kind and helped us with every question we had throughout our stay. The hotel own e-shuttel was always available to take us to the ferry point. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was delicious. Communication with the staff was done via WeChat, because of the inbuilt translation function. It worked really well. The room was huge and the bed very comfy. There was also a comfy sofa with tea pottery and black tea to do your own tea ceremony. The TV came with a chinese on-demand app. There were lot of English movies (a good mix of Netflix, Prime and Disney+) available, that was great. We only had to translate the menu on our own, but that was not a big issue. We could easily hike up to the sightseeing platform at Xiangong Hill, took us only 1h to get there, easy hike. To reach the city it is necessary to cross the river with a ferry, which runs every few minutes during daytime. Costs 5 yuan per person per direction. We arrived at Guilin by plane, the hotel organised us a fixed rate pick up and it worked very smooth! The highspeed trainstation is roughly 30 min away, to get there from the hotel, we had to take the e-shuttle, then the ferry and then a taxi. Everything was prearranged by the hotel and we were also helped with our luggage till we were at the taxi! Perfect support, no need to worry about missing the train.

We had an amazing experience at the guesthouse. The atmosphere was very warm and the design of the place is beautiful and quite unique. The owner and his team were super friendly and took the time to show us the farm and to arrange a trip to see the sunset, a tour on an e-scooter and a very lovely brunch. We could have stayed forever !

This hotel is located at Xingping Ancient Town, staffs are friendly and helpful, room is clean and nice, toilet bowl seat is heated, hotel lobby is well decorated and served with hot tea, sweet potatoes and tangerine through out the day. At the back entrance is the ancient town street, whereas the front entrance is facing the river and there is a car park there. Breakfast is delicious and you can ask for refill. At the top floor, there is a washer cum dryer, you can use it for free. 10 to 15 mins walk to 20RMB scenic area. Overall, we like this hotel and highly recommended this hotel.

Everything! It was such a great place - our host Shirley was fantastic and so helpful, her English was fantastic and she was so kind and generous with her time. It was such a cosy, authentic and comfortable stay. Even the food was homestyle, fresh and tasty. I felt so at home there.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful! The scenery was breathtaking, and the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and attentive. Located just a short distance from the Li River scenic area, the air was fresh and clean—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous treats and local snacks they offered us. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond, giving us detailed tips on the best places to visit and how to make the most of our trip. Heibo is a very warm, kind and welcoming host. He took very good care of us and showed us around in the village. The House is beautiful, cozy and in a very good shape. Heibos mother took us on an amazing and challenging trip in the mountains. The nsture out there is out of this world.
