The room was clean and comfortable too :) location is awesome for those going to Tianmen Mountain - the cable car stafion is just a 5 min walk from the inn. We also loved the neighborhood and the amenities - there are plenty of food options and the convenience store is just around the corner 👍
Also the adorable pets kept by the owners made the inn a memorable experience 🫶🏻 really appreciate the hosts and their assistance throughout our trip, will definitely be back next time! 我们在南风北巷客栈住得很愉快，谢谢两位的招待!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff; we got very competent advice - in English - about the tourist attractions. Rainbow knows the tricks of how to get tickets, even when they seem sold out. Would also check online posts about the visibility in the mountains :-)
The accommodation is on a quiet street, allowed us a very good rest.
Location is also great for food and access to the Tianmen mountain cable car.
Would definitely stay there again!
Rainbow is an absolutely amazing lady! We had a distracted teenager in the group, who lost his expensive camera on the way back to the airport. Rainbow was incredibly helpful to recover it well after we left the hotel and the country.

Great host, helped to booked tickets, arranged everything. Nice location, little bit outskirts of town, but has free transfer so it is OK. The place is decenet, nice location, clean room and bathroom. The stuff is super nice. The pool was also clean and refreshing in the warm.

Jenny was extremely helpful in giving suggestions about the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie area. Helped is purchase the tickets which were very easy to retrieve from the ticket office. She also helped us with getting to Wulingyuan via bus instead of taxi.
It was easy to communicate with her and the room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and internet fast.

The location was lovely, we really enjoyed the room and common spaces. But what makes this hotel they best choice is its staff: they follow and support you in everything you need, from transportation to sightseeing tours, to planning your whole stay, to giving tips on the Zhangjiajie area in general. Specifically for us, Xia Hua was our angel, thanks to her our stay in Zhangjiajie was the best ever, she helped us so much and gave us so much support and suggestions, it wouldn’t have been the same without her. I would 100% recommend this hotel, not solely for its features but for the amazing staff that works in there.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful when I used the translator app. My original room smelt like cigarette smoke and when i asked to change, they were very accommodating. There was also free use of laundry machines at the hotel.
