Grand Palace Brno is one of my favorite hotel in this trip, staff is very nice and kind; when we arrive and check in,
We had Welcome drink, staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room.
My friend lost her room key and the receptionist gave us two new rones.
The daily cleaning was also very careful. All the service staff were very friendly and would take the initiative to ask if we needed help.
when we checked out, they also took the initiative to provide us with two bottles of water for us to drink on the way trip.
We also had a very good experience with the Thai massage TAWAN that we cooperated with the hotel.
The breakfast is also great overall. There is a tram stop at the hotel door, and it is also close to the supermarket, cabbage market, and the city.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was easy. Street parking was available, front of the hotel, and back of the hotel. We opted for street parking. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were super comfy. We were here for new years and the sparkling wine was a nice touch. Breakfast was absolutely huge and delicious.

Good nice hotel. Love the room on the 15th floor and views to Spilberk castle on the side. Love the decoration and bathroom. The foyer, dining, painting on walls are just beautiful. All better than expected. The area within the vicinity of the hotel is very well landscape.
