We booked this place for a weekend to meet up with couple of friends. We booked 3 apartments in the building and all 3 places were very cozy and clean. The place is right in the center and not too far from parking area B (7min walking) where you are able to park your car (weekend is for free).
Access to the building/flat is working with a unique code which is automatically generated ahead of time for each guest. It was easy to use and very convenient.
The communication with the owners was very easy and fast. We originally booked this place for September 2024 and had to reschedule last minute due to the bad weather conditions and floods reported for that time. The owners allowed us to reschedule with no extra costs even the cancellation would not be possible free of charge at that point. That was a great gesture, and we really appreciated it. We will be coming back :)
