Lovely hotel in a quiet, leafy embassy area, with nice squares with plenty of bars and restaurants located within walking distance. No mass tourism at all. Great park for running some 200 m from the hotel. The staff were very good; one morning the taxi was delayed, and I was getting late for work. Martin at the reception promptly offered to get me an Uber on his personal account. His helpfulness saw me delivering my lecture at the university in time. Such acts along with the location, the breakfast, the spacious room, the atmosphere etc means that I can give Hotel Schwaiger my highest recommendation.

We found the location to be a really good base for going around the city. A parking lot plus tram stop near by allowed us to not use our car at all. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Plenty of stores near by (groceries, bakery, etc.). It was exactly what we needed for a trip with kids.

The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but a very short walk to tram or metro. It was a bit off the beaten path but served our purposes very well. It is an 18 minute drive to the airport.

The location was perfect for us, as it’s very close to my daughter’s university. The neighborhood is quiet, green, and peaceful. There’s a bus stop right next to the house, so getting around was super easy. The host was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful — he showed us everything we needed.
The house is enough new, clean, and very functional, with everything you might need. The kitchen is well equipped. There’s an amazing winter garden surrounded by greenery and also a lovely garden outside. The decoration is beautiful — it gives the house a cozy and slightly mystical atmosphere.
The floor heating kept the place perfectly warm, and it truly felt like staying at a close relative’s home. We were more than satisfied! Even when our kettle broke, the host immediately replaced it with a new one. Highly recommended!
