Excellent hotel! Could not fault it at all! All of the staff were so kind and helpful, as a solo traveller new to Berlin they were very helpful in suggesting places to shop and eat! and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning! Will definitely go back :) oh and the breakfast was amazing!

Johannes was an amazing host. Easy to communicate with and very nice and helpful! We had a great experience staying at Carlotta apartments. Exactly like the pictures, spacious, extremely clean,beds are very comfortable. Close to public transit. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again when we come back to Berlin.

Quiet, secure and beautifully designed and equipped apartment unit. Located within lovely neighbourhood with supermarkets, grocery shops, cafes and restaurants all within short walking distance. Two U-bahn (subway) stations nearby - bought 24hr ticket using BVG app. Altogether wonderful base to explore fascinating city. Would definitely return.

We liked it all, but specificailly The staff is excellent, super attentive. We travel a lot but but were pleasently surprised by the staff especially.
The rooms are large and roomy. Perfect for families
Our room even had a kitchen which was nice for the kids we could have snacks in here (there's also a mini bar)s
Pool/Spa area was very nice and kept clean and with clean towels. Attention to details such as fresh apples and Lime/lemon water in the "pool bar" were nice touches.
Breakfast was delicious and since we were there over Easter, the hotel decorated with Easter-bunny chocolates at the table (and hung Easter Eggs by our room door on Easter Sunday - nice touch).

Amazing Beautiful Apartment with an amazing Host.
Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. The location was ideal - close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing.
