Excellent location in the center of the city. I arrived at 12.00, but check-in was done immediately, many thanks to Mr. Khalil who was also very helpful during my stay. New hotel with fresh facilities and clean rooms.

Friendly staff, great location - especially for LGBTQIA+ guests as it’s right in the middle of the two gaybourhoods. It’s also not far from the main station and ideally located if you want to do touristy stuff.

The room was big, modern, clean, and comfy. Everything was new and in good condition. Staff membes were super friendly and helpful. To be honest, it really was beyond our expectations in terms of value. Premier Inn is definitely going to be our first choice when we travel to Germany or the UK next time.

The rooms were spacious and adequate for a family of four. The staff was excellent and the dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. I was especially impressed with the service for children. There were gifts, a kids' space, and the kids were very happy.
