From the very beginning, the staff was super attentive, answering all my doubts and actually being able to change my dates last minute due to a national strike in German airports. They answered faster and more efficiently than the booking.com platform. Also, the location was within walking distance of the centre, full of all kinds of food service and the train station. I would highly recommend this place due to its location, features and spotless cleaning, besides service.

I like that the room was big. And the view exceeded my expectation. I asked for a good view, i just want to have a view where I can see the sky, but they upgraded me to a room where I can see Frankfurt's skyline, which wowed me.😊 It was perfect! Thank you, Scandic for accommodating my request. You made my stay in Frankfurt complete! And also the hotel is near to train station, and the old town.

The location is great for accessibility to Frankfurt main station, especially if you are there for a concert or need a place to stay for the night. The general area is well-known for being a bit sketchy, but the staff is very accommodating and will help guide your stay in Frankfurt. Also, the location of the hotel specifically is next to a well-lit street that is much safer than other hotels near Frankfurt Main I have stayed at during previous trips.

The hotel is located just a five-minute walk from Frankfurt’s main train station, which is incredibly convenient for certain situations. For example, in my case, I had to catch an early train to another city in the morning, and since we arrived late in the evening, it was great that the hotel was so close to the station. We didn’t have to spend time looking for it.
Inside the hotel, everything was wonderful – spotlessly clean, with friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms. These aspects made our stay very enjoyable.

The room was super clean and the check in process fast and smooth. We did not jave breakfast included in our room so I cannot rate it. The parking facility was very convenient although the entry point was a little narrow, you had to be careful not to scratch your car. The only thing that I missed is a mini fridge in the room so I could keep my water cool. The location is ideal given the rates, you are just a 10 minutes walk from the heart of Frankfurt.
