We could book in a few hours earlier for a small fee extra. Beds were so comfortable. Our room had a bath which was great in the cold weather. Walking distance to where wanted to be. Staff were great. Happy hour was a bonus

The hotel is located in the center of the city. It is very easy to reach the Rathaus building and shopping streets within walking distance. Due to its location, it is in a safe area that allows easy access at late hours as well. I stayed knowing that there was a construction work in front of the hotel, but I was not disturbed at all. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. (Although I don't know their names) I would like to sincerely thank the gentleman and lady who assisted me during check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, airy, and comfortably designed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I did not have breakfast, so I have no opinion on that. However, I think it might be better if breakfast was directly included in the price, as it feels a bit high. Still, I have no regrets. If I visit Hamburg again, I would definitely stay here and I recommend it.
