Everything was very good: warm and clean room, comfortable double bed with 2 pilots (which for us was a plus). From the location there are very good connections with public transport, to all important objectives in Hamburg. We will definitely recommend this accommodation.

The staff were amazing 👏 very friendly and welcoming! Malony, if you're reading this, I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you're such an amazing soul..💖 The location of the hotel was relatively close to everywhere! No hassle whatsoever 👌 public transportation was very frequent and easy to get to wherever we wanted to visit. Hamburg is my place to go. Thanks to all the staff members; Latts, Aman and Malony. The apartment was very nice, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was extremely comfortable and made our stay very pleasant. The hosts were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with our requests. For example, we needed a vacuum sealer to vacuum our luggage bags, and they provided it immediately. Great hospitality overall.
