The 3rd floor (or was it 4th floor? Can't remember but there is a lift) apartment was spacious, very clean and sizeable. Free coffee and some supplies in the fridge were included (although I did not use these). The balcony to the rear of the property is overlooking what looks like an enclosed small park, shared by several properties. Sitting on there in the evening sun is very enjoyable.

It's a bit like the school dormitory system. But the breakfast was quite sufficient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they also have a balcony. Bed sheets and textile products are clean. Its location is in nature.

Absolutely recommend staying in Villa Tosca. Mrs Walters is the most hospitable, attentive and kind host we rarely experience. Stayed in Villa Tosca 3rd time and definitely will be coming back again. Rooms are super big, bathrooms too, it's super clean everywhere and breakfast is plentiful. Perfectly located in quiet area, next to city park, restaurants, stores and public transport. We always feel very welcome, including Cela our dog who also gets a lot of lovely attention. Vielen dank ❤️

The hosts were very accommodating and even though I was a little later arriving than the time I mentioned - this was no issue at all. The main thing was that the bed was very comfortable and the facilities cosy! I would recommend again the next time i am in hannover for the fair.
