The staff is really helpful, available and friendly. We asked the receptionist for a vegetarian restaurant and she provided several options and we followed one of the choices which was really good. The room is very clean. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub plus a separate toilet. The desk and chairs in the room are nice. You also have the environmental option to reuse your towels and the choice is respected. The bed has a plastic sound when you move around as other reviewers have pointed out but I must say that we slept very well. The bed are really comfy and this is something that I value a lot. The breakfast is standard except for the breakfast menu. From this breakfast menu we ordered an omelet and a Japanese gyoza both mornings and they were superb. The hotel bar is really good for a night cap and in a relaxed atmosphere. It has good choice of cocktails and gins plus light eats.

The location is in the city centre. From there you can pick up alt the tram to everywhere. Even the S5 or S5X to the airport is a 2-minute walk. The main train station is less than a 10-minute walk. It is located in an area only for people (no cars) full of restaurants and snacks. Nonetheless, it is a very quiet place. At the back of the hotel, there's a gallery with some grocery stores (LIDL), where you can buy up some stuff.

The location of the hotel is perfect. A block from the station, and also close to the centre. The room we had, had everything we needed and more. And if you ran out of anything, you can ask at reception, and they will give you a top-up. The dishwasher and washing machine are working perfectly and is in the room. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, they really go out of their way to assist.
