The receptionist who checked us in was exceptionally helpful and should get a rise. This was an emergency booking late at night and everything went as smooth as possible given the circumstances.

The room was clean, cozy, and really quiet. 4 tram stops from the central station and the stop was really close from the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience :)

This is a wonderful fresh modern hotel. But it was the staff that made the holiday for us. They were so professional friendly and accommodating and I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. A special mention to the young barman with the ponytail that could not do enough for us every night. Apologies I never got his name as I'd like to have kept in touch, if anyone can please contact me.
