Location, amenities, contact with owner. Apartment located close to subway and restaurants, aldi is few minutes walk away. There is EV charger by aldi. Parking is in front of the building along the street. We always found place. Apartment is new, beds are comfortable, there are pots and plates, tea, salt, vinegar, even honey. Towels are soft and fresh, you will find shower gel and shampoo there as well. On the opposite site of the street there is playground and small football pit.

The apartment is large and spotless clean. The apartment is on 4 floors, it was not a problem for us but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The marble staircase is open, so the apartment is not suitable for families with young children. Ground floor : hall. First floor : living room and double bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed placed between 3 walls. Second floor : bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and single bedroom. Third floor: rooftop terrace.
