The room was impeccably clean. Great room layout. Easy to retrieve the key from the key box at check-in. Extremely friendly staff. Parking was available free of charge. The location is close to the Hans Martin Schleyer Halle. The property is accessible, with an elevator and walk-in shower. We asked for parking for our van, and when we arrived late at night there was an open parking spot right in front of the hotel with our name on it.
The room was clean and warm and cosy and perfect to relax after a long travel day .
Getting the keys after hours was smooth using the little self help box outside the front door.
The bath in our room was an added touch of luxury we didn't expect, but really appreciated.
I can recommend this as 10 our of 10 for requirements.
