The atmosphere was great. Is a good place to meet new people and has a good location, close to bus and metro. The room was good as well, very confortable and I really liked the concept. Im looking forward to book at city hub in Amsterdam and Iceland.

It was a pleasant stay in Copenhagen! We had a short trip, celebrated my birthday. Hotel staff is absolutely fantastic! Especially Marita at reception, Ursula from bar on the 1st floor and Catherine administrator at restaurant on the 2nd floor. You made my Birthday mood 🥳 very kind, attentive, friendly and professional hospitality! Hotel provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay- spa, restaurants, bars, amazing room with a nice view and bed etc! Thank you so much everyone and hopefully see you again 🤩

Pretty much everything - great location right next to a mall and the water, nice and comfortable rooms and great staff!
Nice and easy check in, comfortable rooms, good shower and bathroom with everything you need, we asked for an upgrade on our second day (just because why not) and got an even better room with balcony!:)
Such wonderful staff and the gym was a great plus:)

The breakfast was amazing, the staff nice and helpful, I forgot to ask for a bottom bunk beforehand, and they changed it no problem, the place is full of opportunities to have fun (my favourite: the foosball table), lockers for your baggage if you would like to walk around the city after check-out, the bed was very comfortable, the dorm-room had its own bathroom, my roommates all very nice and friendly, everyone all around just very open to people and experiences. The hostel is perfectly situated, about 10 seconds away from the main train station. It was great, I had an amazing time. I actually liked it so much, that after my initial 2 nights there, I came back for one last night at the end of my Denmark-trip.
