Simply - fantastic. They have everything you need for holiday hotel: comfy room with good air conditioning, tasty breakfast, sandy beach and sea. Plus, it is near tourist centre with lots of restaurants and shops.
Special thanks to Amira for helping with any minor issues we had. And to lounge staff for fullfiling any of our breakfast wish.

Nice and spacious apartment not far (3 min walking) form Neama Bay Pedestrian Roads. Beach is easy to reach but requires about 1 km walking (flat, no uphills).
The apartment is very easy to find, but not well known by taxis and tours operators. It has parking and a good and cheap supermarket at very close distance.
The owner (Kerolos) is a VERY nice guy, very assistive and patient.
The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms, A/C, Hot water, fully functional kitchen, everything. 1st floor, no elevator.
Next scuba trip, I'll book here for sure.

The apartment is fantastic, fully equipped, and we especially loved the oversized sofa in the living room. The host was wonderful; we arrived at midnight and checked in through WhatsApp. The host sent very detailed directions and an Arabic audio address to help the driver locate the place easily. Once we arrived, we found the location to be very easy to find—just searching for DHL will lead you right there. The key is kept in a lockbox, so you can access the apartment directly and rest. For check-out, just leave the key behind, making the process very convenient and efficient. The host will check in to make sure your stay goes smoothly, and you can contact him for anything you need. We came from Luxor and noticed a significant difference in the local people between the cities. There is a 24-hour supermarket next door with everything you might need.

Location was super nice close to the center and nearby airport. Staff super professional took care of us, especially in the buffet and room service.
Entertainment was exceptional, made our stay much more fun, specially Bisu was encouraging us to play sports and dance at the hotel pool area, inviting us to join evening activities, was kind and fun at the same time.
