Hotel receptionists (Victoria and one of her morning shift colleagues) were very approachable and helpful in resolving our queries regarding our car rental, helping us to call and send emails to the car rental company which really made our stay more pleasant.

Great location, easy self check-in, clean and comfortable apartment. Located in a vibrant area with lots of good restaurants. Miguel at the front desk is a wonderful person, always very friendly and greets you with a smile. We had a late flight back and were allowed to leave our luggage in a safe place at the reception, so we could go and explore the city for a few more hours. Thank you Miguel!

Everything about this hotel was great! It’s located in a very nice neighbourhood- fairly quiet but well connected . The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day (even on Christmas Day which we did not expect) and the staff were lovely.
