The facilities are amazing, totally feels like a 5-star hotel. The room was perfect, big, good taste, very comfortable. Outside the room absolutely perfect too and with superior staff. Delicious and complete breakfast. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, anywhere in the world.

Its close to the bay and the old town. Breakfast choice is ample and of high quality. It's one of the most clean place I have visited so far. Really friendly staff, every one I talked to spoke English clearly and fluently.

The location of the hotel was very good: across the river from the train station and in front of the bus stop from the airport, and less than 10 minutes walking from the Old Town or the Playa de la Concha. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

The property is at a prime location, in the center of Centro area but close enough to Old Town and the bus station. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated.
