The hotel exceeded my expectations
My stay at Rui Plaza De Espana was wonderful.The location was perfect for exploring the city, very close to several metro train stations and public transport systems. Very close to beautiful Gran Via, if you enjoy shopping or visiting the theatre or famous landmarks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from checkin to check out,making me feel right at home. My room (2323) had the best view from the 23rd floor of Gran Via.It was spacious, very clean, modern decor,well equipped, with a comfortable and large king-size bed with great amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options and the value for money was excellent. Although the dining rooms were very busy in the mornings, the staff were super friendly and caring, I didn't mind waiting a few minutes in line to be seated. The view from the famous sky bar on the 27th floor os breathtaking 😍 ✨️. The pool on the 21st floor is outstanding. As a solo traveller, I highly recommend this hotel to other solo travellers. I look forward to staying at Rui again. 10/10 for EVERYTHING!!..thank you Rui.
