Everything is new and very clean. The staff were welcoming. Room has high-quality fittings and furniturea great ensuite. Imanol and Patricia at reception were very helpful for my first time stay in Madrid. Easy access to metro. There is a good breakfast with a wide range of options. Mario and Jorge kept everything perfect in the dining area.

Easy to find and in a great central location. It was a simple walk from the train station. The owner was very friendly and accommodated us with a late check in. No frills but great value and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The room was very nice, clean spacious, had all the needed amenities that one needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. 10/10 would recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great next to the metro, the room is comfortable and clean and staff are very friendly. It’s 24 hour reception and there is a bar attached to it which is great if you want a coffee or a quick meal. Highly recommend it
