The staff was a highlight for me—very kind and helpful, especially Ken and Adri! I loved that they promote a WhatsApp group at the hotel so guests can interact and plan outings together. They also offer a free dinner every night; you just need to leave your name and mention any dietary restrictions. The neighborhood is delightful—very peaceful yet with plenty of things to do nearby. It’s very well-located, safe, and quiet for sleeping. The beds are very comfortable, and everything in the hostel is SUPER clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's maintenance and cleanliness are top-notch. We have stayed in many hotels in Madrid, and this is one of the cleanest. It is old, but all spaces are perfectly maintained. The terraces on the top floor are fantastic, and the service there is excellent. Amparo, the woman who cleaned our room, and Lucía, who runs the bar on the top floor, were kind and very professional: our room was spotless, and on the terraces and lounges of the top floor we enjoyed drinks and a football match on a large TV.
