My husband and I have just spent 4 nights at this wonderful boutique hotel. From helpful staff who are welcoming and unintrusive, to tastefully decorated rooms and thoughtful touches like velvet hangers and leaving tea bags and kettle out on the counter at the end of the day for guests, everything was simply perfect. Staff go the extra mile; they discreetly passed me candles and lighter for my husband’s birthday and call restaurants on our behalf for reservations. Daily house keeping was impeccable. Location is within the colourful ruzafa neighbourhood with quaint cafes, plenty of dining options and walking distance to city centre, attractions and the high streets. Boutique hotel decorated with elegance. Contemporary and clean furniture. Everything looks brand new. The entrance has marvelous white marble floor, as well as the stairs. Staff is super friendly and solicit. Room at the back of the building is quiet. There is plenty of space in the room. Bathroom has a very practical and long counter top. Excellent shower. Matress and linen are good quality.

The staff where very friendly and had fantastic customer service, especially Celia, she was super helpful and always serviced with a smile. She took the time to help us with every question we had. The location was right in the middle of the center with shops and metro. The room was very peaceful as it has double glased windows you dont here a thing from outside we Would definitely visit again.
