Staff were so kind and tentative (special shout out to Simon!), location is fantastic right by central station and monuments, facilities (gym, sauna, bar and restaurant) were kept clean and added that touch of luxury while away from home. Hard to fault this place.

Spotless clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, toilet had bidet which was high plus point. Staff was courteous and ready to help you. Heating system of my room was not working properly and they arranged other heater for me. Breakfast was good. Roam had all the amenities which one needed. I am actually staying again in the hotel and writing this review

Breakfast available right across the street at the Fazer café. Lots of other options close by too. Only about a 7 minute walk to the original Fazer café from the 1800's which is amazing.
