La Féraude was a glorious oasis of calm and a terrific example of Provençal life. We loved every minute of it. Phillip and Kate were wonderful hosts who made every effort to ensure our stay was a memorable one.

Amazing location, few minutes to centre and nice walk up to Terrain des Peintres. Hosts were very nice, hospitable and attentive with hours of arrival. Room and surrondings are very well designed and a pleasure to stay in. As a bonus in the evening their kind and charming dog and cat came around to greet us. Definetly a place to stay!

Our host, Francine and Christion were over the top in making us feel comfortable in their beautiful home. They told us where the best place to park in Aix-in-Provence and where to catch the Diabline, a 6-seater bus designed for local seniors. You can get off at any stop along the route and get back on for no additional cost. They also suggested taking a boat tour of the CalanQues from Cassis instead of our original intent of taking it from Marselle. They also suggested seeing La Castellet, a beautiful hilltop village that was extremely interesting not far from Cassis. If you’re driving anywhere in France, make sure to take the toll roads, there not expensive and they eliminate the constant rerouting thru confusing round abouts.
