Location is excellent. We could walk to the shops, Nice-Ville train station and the promenade from the hotel. We even walked up Castle hill and to the old town.
Our room was a king suite and we had 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It was room 419 and it was very clean, modern and spacious.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is okay. I think that’s the only thing they could improve on. (Nicer sausages and offer bacon too, everyday, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms). Upgrade of the breakfast would be the icing on the cake.

Great service! Maud was so nice and made so much effort to tell us where to visit in Nice! Our room was so nice and just the right amount of space for two girls! Perfect for getting ready with a full length mirror and two basins. Honestly no complaints about this place!

Location was excellent for our needs - close to Niceville train station, Tram stops, shopping centres, local bakeries and restaurants. Furnished nicely with everything needed to self cater for meals. Homely , comfortable decoration, quiet neighborhood and easy to find with directions from the host.
