I had a wonderful stay at Charle’s place. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was great – quiet but close to everything, and there was convenient car parking nearby, which was a big plus. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very clean and the owner had thought about a lot of small details which made us feel welcomed. In the apartment there is absolutely everything you might need, like cooking supplies, ironing board, even women hygiene products, etc. The AC was also much appreciated during the hot weather. Train station is in a short walking distance and from there you can easily access all the Riviera cities. The apartment was definitely worth the money and made our travel experience even nicer :)

Very convenient location for visiting Nice - nice neighbourhood, close to the port, the city centre and the tram to the airport. The apartment is new and perfectly well-furnished (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules provided, washing machine, etc.) - really could hardly ask for more. There is a nice large balcony. The parking spot was a bit tight, but it's great that the option was provided. The host even provided a baby bed and chair (both seemed brand new). Overall a great place to stay in Nice, especially for a group/family. I would stay there again.

I liked the apartment, it's modern, spacious, and comfortable. Good location. There is a big supermarket nearby and a good children's playground.

The place is great. Located right next to a bus stop, a very nice bakery and 300m to bars and restaurants. The appartment is small but very cosy. The bed was super confortable and the fan was perfect! Also, we appreciated the possibility to cook. It was very quiet at night. The first necessities were provided such as toilet paper, towels, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the place!
