The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room felt larger than most hotels of the same price range I've stayed in before in Paris, very comfortable, excellent bed. They serve a fantastic breakfast; the hotel is located just behind the Arc de Triomphe in a calm neighbourhood of Paris; there is a metro station and a secure parking place, all just within walking distance. I loved the place.

The location could not be better . Close to CDG etoile metro . Champs d elysee and lots of eateries close by . The staff were exceptional !!genuinely caring and interested in our well being .the breakfast was abundant varied and generous .
Little extras like free hot chocolate on a freezing day as you come in at 4 and possibly a slice of home made Caleb.
