Warm with a cosy fire and sitting area in the foyer. Beautifully decorated and with xmas decorations. Clean, modern, tasteful. Excellent, helpful and welcoming staff. I just love this place. It’s a home from home in Leeds. And you help yourself to eggs and bread for DIY breakfast. Close to the city centre and shopping.
