Beautiful House and grounds. Staff super friendly and helpful.
Room quiet and convenient with en-suite facilities. Very local to where I needed to meet friends. Free car parking which was brilliant. Lovely breakfast options in the morning and tea/coffee and biscuits available throughout the day

Everything. Lovely room, good breakfast, excellent service and very accomodating staff. No wish was left unanswered and every need tended to. Quiet location but close to the city, either by car or public transport. Perfect for a longer stay or a weekend trip, alone or with a family.

Beautiful, immaculate apartment and very convenient for University of Leeds. The bed was so comfortable and as such slept so well. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Everything i needed for my stay.
The inclusion of toiletries was a great touch as was the tea and coffee provided, thank you! Very close to a range of shops, a pub, takeaways etc.
Looking forward to staying again.

Location was perfect walking distance from the First Direct arena which made it ideal as the reason we were visiting Leeds was for a concert.
Great property. Heating works very well during this very cold month! Host easily contactable for any questions.
Very clean and comfortable property. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it had everything you could need. The bathroom was the highlight of the property - very modern and shower pressure excellent.
The people next door seemed friendly and welcoming.
