Great place. Very clean and airconditioned which is very hard to find in London. Proximity to both tube and bus stations make easy access to all the fav destinations. All friendly attentive staff made our stay stress free. Free laundry is an added bonus for medium to long stay.

The junior suite we stayed in for a week, called Lady, was beautifully decorated. Old fashioned which I like, golden light fittings and golden edges. And having a bathroom with a toilet and a separate shower room was wonderful for us two. The space was small but all was so smartly arranged on 3 levels, it felt like a 4 room apartment. Loads of hangers with a huge space for clothes and loads of drawers. Very good. Impressed with the many electrical plugs, very good for all the electrical equipment needing charges. Their Blue Door Bistro next door was brilliant for food. We have stopped eating breakfast, but had lunches and dinners there most of the time.

Great location and amenities, seamless check-in (special thanks to Clara) and every interaction with staff was a pleasure. Definitely stop by the cocktail bar for one (or two) if you have the time - unfortunately we didn’t make it to the jazz bar however it comes highly recommended!

Loved staying at the Black Lion. It was a very comfortable stay. My husband and I arrived a few hours before check in and we were allowed to have an earlier check in. Our room was clean and fresh. We were given complimentary waters each day. The continental breakfast each morning was fresh and well presented. Not many options for breakfast but I thought it was adequate. The building is beautiful and the pub is exceptional. The area around the Black Lion was lively and safe, nearby bus & train stops. Will definitely recommend staying here

Superbe location, close to the tube and train stations. Communication with the property team was easy and they were very helpful. Room was comfortable, looked just as advertised. Lots of good restaurants around and Soho is about 10-15 min walk away. Points for the heated bathroom floor :)

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.
