Superb luxury experience. The place manages to create an elegant upscale hotel at the same time avoiding two ever present cliches. Most 5* hotels pretend to be some sort of a palace reminiscence or the opposite, an over designed nauseaus avantgarde mashup. Pan pacific delivers super elegant and modern at the same time. Beavo! Great staff. They managed to keep on smiling, sincerely smiling during my 40 minute search for the room with the best view. very good pool area, amazing breakfast. Highly recommended!

Better than any hotel that I have stayed in in London. Beautiful combinaiton of historical building with traditional architechture and luxurious rooms. Breakfast was lovely, room was quiet and cozy, excellent bed, friendly and helpful staff. Warm recommendation!

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything one needs on a vacation. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the location was perfect - close to the tube station (Tower hill), cafés, restaurants and grocery stores. And the view… just brilliant!

Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and very nicely furnished. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything you need for a couple of days or even if you stay longer. Great value for money. Location was great to get to all important places in London comfortably - by foot (St Pauls, south bank of the river, Barbican) or by tube and bus.
