I was impressed by the fact that they didn't cut corners or skimp on small details. For instance, when I arrived, they had the AC turned up to the max to combat the intense heat. They provided an abundance of towels, lots of pillows, and even offered free bottled (tap) water. Plus, the staff was really cool and friendly.
