My host Jason is such a nice person. Very helpfull . He did his best to make my stay the best it could be. The situation is so good, being only a few minutes from the tube station and then only 25 minutes to Green Park and Picadilly. The area near the house is full of shops and Little restaurants. The bedroom is very nice with thick carpet and the window looking on the garden. It is very quiet because not looking on the street. Next to the bedroom is the living room with a couple of armchairs and a sofa. Very confortable. The bedrooom and the living room are nicely decorated with old fireplace , nice curtains… nothing luxurious but you feel yourself at home, welcomed. On the same floor you Will find the toilets and also the bathroom both New and clean and with a window. Outside the house you will be able to rest in the little front garden. Jason has arranged a little table and chair.

The flat was well presented, very clean and comfortable. It was in a lovely location close to the old Walthamstow village and a short walk to the station. The host was helpful and responsive. We stayed in several places during our UK visit but this was by far the best.

Just as presented. Spacious room with big windows facing a traditional English road with a fully kitchenette and a private bathroom. Perfect position 6 minutes walk from Walthamstow tube and 3 minutes walk from bus stop. With Victoria line in the centre of London in less than 25 minutes. 6 minutes walk Tesco express and 10 minutes walk a huge Salisbury and a shopping centre. The owner was very kind always ensuring that our stay proceed good.

The place was clean and tidy and had all the neccessities. It will be perfect for student's aswell . Great location quick to get on the buses 🚌 or trains . Really enjoyed my stay will definitely be using this place again soon.

Holiday Inn Express Chingford has excellent access to the M11 motorway. Nearby Walthamstow Central underground station offers a 30-minute journey to central London.
