I was booked in marriot marable arch the room was very filthy so after check Inn at marriot marable arch I cancel my booking and last minute I book through booking. Com Royal Lancaster so when I checked Inn I told the to front desk manager my experience with Marriott marable arch he was so courteous he give free vouchers and I stay 4 nights and through out my stay the front desk manager Elgin was very coaprative to front desk manager I give 5 star

Uncomplicated and easy check in and check out. Clean spa area, well put together hotel gym with 24 hour access. I got lucky with a 9th floor room and great view over london, but even if you don't, there's a 10th floor lounge with panoramic view, couches, coffee machine, tea options and cooking space to make the most out of quieter evenings. Great hotel, whether you want to visit London and just enjoy breakfast and the ever so often dip in a pool or if you spent half your holiday inside.
