Rooms, breakfast, restaurant, bar and staff were exceptional! We spent NYE here and didn’t need to leave the hotel, it had such a nice atmosphere and everything we needed for a fun night. We were able to store our bags as we arrived early and Pedro at reception was so helpful and friendly.

The rooms were spacious, clean, with a very nice urban design. I travelled with my parents, wife and kids and asked for adjacent rooms in advance and it was fulfilled. The location is really great - it's less then 10 minutes walk from the city center (Piccadilly gardens), the National Express coach station is right behind the hotel, and there are many bars around - we found them lovely, contributing to the atmosphere.
