The host was very responsive and accommodating, and meeting us at the property to talk us through the townhouse and welcoming us to Oxford was a lovely touch. Very clean and comfortable and good amenities, nice selection of coffee and tea. Amazing location - really close to the city centre, and the host gave us some suggestions of places to visit when we arrived, which was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Very good facilities. Liked the coffee machine with pods and milk included and the hairdryer and straighteners provided. The apartment was exceptionally clean.

Very polite personel, free tea and coffee. Nice kitchen. All the bathrooms and showers were very clean. The location was good as well - very close to bus and train station and only a short walk to city center.
They provided towels and earplugs for guests of the hostel.

Very convenient located close to the train station and said business school. they let me do an early check in and i really appreciated, the staff was really nice and helpful. The lady who cleaned my bedroom was also kind, i was hungry and she gave me an extra pack of the complimentary cookies
