The look of the room. They provided a washcloth. The location was ideal and not a far walk from the train station. Multiple places to eat and get a drink. It was lively during the day but at night, even though I was on the ground floor, I wasn't awaken but loud noises.

Exceptional property ideally situated so that the car could be parked and the city explored. And what a city to explore. Food, wine, all of our needs were within easy walking distance. A bit disturbing though to be outside the city walls, although climbing to safe side was very rewarding.

Amazing location in the very centre of York - a great base for exploring all that the city has to offer. Bedding was super comfortable, and the apartment had all that our family needed - from the wifi, to great tv channels, kitchen facilities, and lovely bathroom. Even the chalkboard greeting that awaited us a brilliant touch.
