Even though I was pretty disappointed from my 1st experience with staff, the upper managment contacted me and listened with attention to everything that happened and with their approach I decided to give another try to this place with same staff.

Literally the best hostel I ever stayed in my life! I really enjoyed staying there.
The location is great and I liked the building a lot. My room was very cozy, and all the amenities were very clean. Also I was surprised that at night it's quiet and peaceful there, unlike other hostels I've stayed in before.
The owner is so friendly and welcoming, I felt at home 🤗 It was pleasure to share talks with him and also with hostel guests.
It's also nice that tea and coffee are always available in the kitchen, also a simple breakfast is served which is amazing for the price. Also the owner was so kind to treat the guests with watermelon every day of my staying there.
The next time I'll visit Tbilisi I'll stay here again for sure!
Thank you so much for everything, I'll definitely book this place again for my next Tbilisi trip!

It was a lovely hotel with a very warm and kind staff. They were always friendly and talkative and were ready to help. Irma and Sofiko gave us good advice on where and how to go, and were always for us.
