Setting in the hotel is excellent with great decorative details with African tint all over the place. Really beautiful. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff are top class and are always available to help, regardless of which department help is needed. Mary, the customer service manager is always keen to check if guests are comfortable, need help or have feedback. For sure this will help to keep the standard high. Shuttle service is really convenient and comfortable for both times the family used it. Good place - we will be back!

Staff was the best but under construction and the gym not working. The staff made me feel welcome and safe, they provided very good recommendations to move around. My room was big and comfortable, spotless clean. The food was good and I found new and interesting flavours. I was there for work and the conference room was good.

Everyone was so welcoming when we arrived. They allowed us a late check out as our flight home was in the evening. All the staff we encountered were fab, especially the manager Ali and Clement, Michael & Bismark. The rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. Breakfast was a feast, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious and well priced. The hotel definitely holds it own against others, including 5 stars in the area. I would highly recommend checking it out.
