Host Stamatis was very active in communicating in anything we needed - he booked the airport transfers for us, and without his advice we would have missed the wonderful parade of 21st May.

The hotel is well situated, quite close to the Spianada and the Liston, but in a quiet location up a side street. The room we had was modern and spacious with a high beamed ceiling. Anastasia, who welcomed us and who was there at breakfast on the weekend, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding - homemade and plentiful. We found that Locandiera was the ideal base from which to explore the town and the surrounding area.

The location is incredible in the middle of Corfu’s pedestrian streets; the appartment is really like an architect’s loft, and Harris was very friendly and reactive to any questions we had. We also loved the breakfast place right by the appartment with delicious pancakes.
