This Suite one of the best that I ever see in Creta . The area that we was leaving very clean , everything on line , private pool , also have a big one pool in area . The food for breakfast all the time come in time and fresh . If you come you will enjoy 100% the place and your privacy. Also the owner very nice and good people . You need to come here and annoy this place . So it 10/10 . For sure will come back again .

The apartment is perfect! Modern furniture with all necessary equipment. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare meals, there is also a washing machine. The bed upstairs is comfortable and large. Air conditioning is downstairs and upstairs. The outdoor space is beautiful, green, clean. It is a great pleasure to relax in such a well-kept place. Parking is also available. The host is very helpful and answered all our questions. For sure we will come back soon to the apartment.

Parking next to the property under shaded carport was great in the hot summer. Several open balconies to sit on. A full sized fridge and newish kitchen. Good cupboard space for clothes. Good storage space throughout the apartment. Relatively newish building with key and code entry. Air-conditioning in every room. Good couch area to sit. All in all a nice apartment that is almost new and in a quiet ish spot back from the coast with parking.

Had a very nice stay at this place with a couple of friends. Short walk to the beach, where there are lots of restaurants. We were very pleased by all the amenities in the residence. We used the bbq a lot, as well as the dishwasher and the washing-machine, for which everything needed is provided. The place is very remote. There is only one rental villa next to it, but the outdoor-lounge of that place is as far away as possible, so the noise of the guests didn't bother us at all.

The hotel is lovely and clean. It’s a nice smaller size hotel so it didn’t feel busy and was able to relax by the pool with plenty of sun loungers, I was staying here on my own for a quiet getaway so this was ideal. The rooms are nice and modern and the beds are comfy. Eva is also lovely and always more than happy to help! The nearby beaches are beautiful, but I recommend getting there before midday if you want to find somewhere nice to plot up as they can get a little busy.

It is wonderful to spend my vacation in this wonderful hotel, much respect to the staff for this wonderful service. A great place to spend the summer holidays and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere, the service with customers is very wonderful. You can enjoy a wonderful summer vacation in the hotel.

I would strongly recommend this place! The property and the rooms were clean and well organized. My favorite part of the holidays was actually the staff, they were amazing, super accommodating, friendly and very helpful. A lot of them were multi-lingual so that was very impressive. I have to say that the main restaurant staff were the highlight of the whole place. The food was diverse and well made! I only wish there were more Greek food but it was good regardless especially the breakfast! I enjoyed my time at the resort and am super excited to return.

Upon arrival we were greeted by warmth and excitement by Maria and Alexandra who made us feel instantly welcome. A wonderful hotel that is new, clean, well maintained and has been built to a very high specification that has a wow factor when you walk in. The Rooms Rooms are a great layout for families. Smart TVs only work with android and should also work with Apple but don’t. The Staff A shout out to the best staff in the resort: Kosmas - the best coffee delivered with a smile Giannis and Marilena in the Asian restaurant always efficient and work extremely hard to ensure all tables are served as quickly as possible. Ritsa and Magda in the Argentinian always so happy to see us and made us feel so welcome. Maria, Alexandra, Thelma, Stella & Giorgios on reception very attentive and happy to please. Vitorio & Gregory on the activities were full of energy but it’s a shame about the lack of activities or incentive to improve the experience for the children. The Food Bar and restaurants are designed well. Food is excellent. Quality and variety is fantastic. Buffet changes daily and the Argentinian a la carte is superb. The Spa Two lovely massages by Leo and Dimitri and Nicoletta on the desk was great. The only negatives They do not have enough staff in the Asian restaurant so the staff are constantly under pressure. Not enough staff in the spa so there was very limited space available for treatments. They do not cater for children very well. Clubs are not acceptable. They have a fantastic amphitheater that is not used and brilliant tennis, football and basketball courts that they don’t organise events on. We felt that the hotels could have been more united to provide the ultimate experience for the guests. The swimming pools are not heated so we were unable to go in, leaving us with very little to do. We had 4 days of rain and nowhere for the children to go which was a real shame given the excitement when we first arrived.
