Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel. Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want.. superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance.. as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything.. this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

staff were super friendly and accomodating. Check in was fast and allowed me to head straight to the park. After I returned in the evening my luggage was in the room and I was able to relax. took me 20 minutes to walk to the park. never used the shuttle

The Ambience was the BEST!! We went during Christmas and they nailed the decorations, the music - everything! So much of the property to see, you almost do not want to blink. lol Gorgeous indoor pool, don't forget to also check out the changing rooms! In the morning, you'll see Mickey doing Tai Chi in the lobby. We had the view facing the 'park'/ hotel entrance. (can't actually see the park but you get a view of the momentous upwards of treetops)

Positively surprised about the room and the food. Location is very good. The hotel is connected to subway and mall. Beeakfast buffet delicious. Staff very polite and helpful.

The room was immaculate and spacious. Staff were very hospitable. The location was excellent with easy access the shopping mall and train station. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

We love the hotel's venue because it's conveniently close and walkable to various transportation options, including buses and trains to and from Disneyland, and the ferry terminal to Macau. Additionally, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Ladies' Market, where we buy pasalubong. Moreover, the facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly nice, especially compared to other locations we visited in Hong Kong.

The award-winning 4-star Dorsett Mongkok, Hong Kong is a short 7-minute walk from Olympic MTR Station.

Amazing hotel views, room was a bit small but it's something to be expected in Hong Kong, Staff were very helpful and understanding of the typhoon situation, kept in great contact. The hotel offers free shuttle to certain places and major train stations, so definitely a plus :)
