Staff where exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Room was good size and bed was comfortable.
Shower was very hot and strong.
Disposable toothbrushes supplied.
Air conditioning was good.
As a budget hotel this room was definitely up to my expectations.

This is a world class hotel with really helpful staff. It's connected to a giant shopping centre (Pakuwon Mall in West Surabaya) and has a well equipped gym, a big outdoor pool and nice breakfast buffet.
