Staff were so welcoming and helpful. All needs were met, the communication was great and they offered advice and direction in anticipation of our needs. Room was set in the back of the property, away from the street and very quiet. Pool was right outside our room door and a great escape after walking the city. Breakfast was served to order either in our room or the reception area which was a nice touch

Perfect little hotel. Everything from the room, bed, pool was on the spot! Best were the family runing the hotel, so kind, helpful and smiling all the time. Location is great, you are close enough to centre with the scooter, but in the peaceful street so you can sleep.

We love the warmth,friendliness, and the service excellence delivered by every hotel staff that we meet during our stay. Each and everyone makes us feel welcomed and appreciated. The thing that impress us most is that every staff that we meet, even though we are just passing by, he/she will pause what he/she is doing and greet us. This is extremely astoundingly impressive. The reception is responsive, prompt and courteous. When we are having our meals at the restaurant, the staff makes an effort to come by to check if all is well. We truly enjoy 98% of the dishes at the resort😋 Even though we are staying so near to the jungle, we are so glad that there are no surprise visitors (monkeys, insects,etc) coming by our place. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and we are so very blessed to be able to witness and be part of the grand opening of the resort on 11th May. We would like to thank Mr Yoggi, the resort manager, for friendly chit chat and constantly checking on our well-being. Thanks to Emy, Indah, Oka, Nano, Yudi, Putri for your wonderful and sincere service. It is the people, each and every one you that makes ALL the difference. Amazing location and the most wonderful Little boutique hotel. We had booked five nights and ended up staying eight! Breakfast is great and served on your own balcony or terrasse, overlookkng the garden, pool and ricefields. Just beautiful, and all the staff were so nice and accomodating. They will drive you to and pick you up from any location in Ubud!
