It was awesome experience at Hotel Azure. Centrally located with almost all tourist places nearby. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were good and clean. Above all value for money.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent tasty food and a wide selection.. What else do we need?! We almost booked in a 5 star hotel elsewhere, but unfortunately they didn't have walk-in shower, which we were looking for elderly parents. I would rate Madin as 5 stars!! Well done, staff and management 😁

From check-in to check-out everything seemed to be perfect at Surya Kaiser Palace. The staffs were extremely cordial and accommodating, allowing me a late check-out. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was extremely cosy, with the housekeeping making it super clean every day. The in-house restaurant served delicious food. Even the spa and wellness centre was quite relaxing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I'd strongly recommend this to anyone travelling to Banaras.

Lovely hotel which the late Queen stayed in 1960. Still has old Colonial feel.
Food excellent and the chef accommodated our requirements.
Central enough to reach the ghats and old town in tuk tuk or taxi but situated outside the noise and crowds. Lovely garden and secluded pool.

My room was super clean and neat.
The pictures actually look like the actual room.
Which isn’t always a given when travelling in India.
A very comfortable place to stay.
Would highly recommend.
Deep was very lovely and accomodating.
Letting me hangout out in the lobby for several hours before my flight.
Also great to chat too, he even taught me some of his language.
