Everything and everyone at trident was exceptional. Spent a night there and i can't think of anything negative but it was all about amazing service feedback . The rooms were great, very well kept, clean and very comfortable, the staff was amazing, made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable.

Location in quiet area yet a stones throw away from a lot of great cafes, shops, bazar, sea front walk.

Rajesh the caretaker took care of us superbly! He gave us a clean apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always cheerful and very helpful.
The building is right on the main road directly in front of M&S. There is an excellent pizzaria and tea/coffee place next door.
The location of the apartment was excellent - right in the midst of a shopping district.
Communication with the owner was good - quick responses.

During a short visit in Mumbai I stayed in this apartment for a days.
It's a cozy little apt with everything you need and exactly as described on booking.com
The area is also very calm and can easily be roamed by walking or taking a tuktuk. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are also close by.
Especially the communication with the hosts was very good. Every question got answered after only very short time and important information (e.g. adress, check-in, check-out) got shared quickly.
One member of the host team came by when I arrived, to show me around the apartment and to explain everything to me, which also was very nice!
I definitely recommend this booking.com and will stay here during my next visit as well!
