There are no words to express how truly amazing this hotel is. By far the best hotel we've stayed at in India, even much better than the other Oberoi we stayed at in Agra. The location is also great, right in front of the sea. What makes it even more exceptional is the staff: highly qualified, professional and super kind. And the food is simply amazing. There are three different restaurants, one Michelin Star Indian, one Italian and one that has different kinds of cuisines. All spectacular. One huge thank you goes to Chef Sahil, his food was superb and he went a long way to accomodate all of my allergies. I can't thank him enough. Also, for gym lovers, the gym is great!

It was in a great location - close to the tourist sites and in an interesting section of Mumbai (Fort). The staff were just fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was great as was the tea, coffee and biscuits in the late afternoon (no charge). The hotel gives guests free access to a gym and there’s a laundry next door. Deluxe rooms are not large but perfectly adequate and quiet and located two doors up from the main reception. We didn’t check out a heritage room but were told these are bigger and in the same building as Reception. This hotel really made our time in Mumbai so much more enjoyable.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was right next to marine drive and close to all tourist locations. Breakfast was amazing as they offered both Western and Indian cuisines which was fantastic. We had booked interconnecting rooms as there was 4 of us and it was tremendous. Both rooms were huge and my family and I truly appreciated interconnecting rooms and theres not that many hotels that offer that here in India. I would like to give a special shoutout to Darshan from concierge as not only did he help us by giving us a car and driver for a tour, but also helped us get a complimentary drop-off to CST (Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus) when we were in dire need of a ride. If you need help with booking a tour or any concierge services I would highly recommend Darshan. 10/10 hotel!!

The staff was incredibly kind and nice ! They went over and beyound to make sure we had a good stay and we were comfortable.
We enjoyed the location because it was close to public transportation and our room was really quiet.
The wifi was good is the room and the shower had hot water.
