From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!

A real gem! You can see the care they put in managing this place, lots of plants at the entrance and lovely details in the decor. Loved the sitar in the corridor that takes you to the rooms. The staff is really kind, especially the morning guard!! The room is pretty beautiful and clean, the breakfast is really good and also the food at the cafeteria. They also have a beautiful tea shop in the reception. This will definitely be my place if I ever come back to Kolkata.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, worried about your comfort and also giving you some nice tips about where to eat good food at good price.
Beds have a plug next to it, and the room is provided by two powerful fans.
The guesthouse is located at a walking distance from the park and many highlights of the city.
My flight was at night, and the owner let me leave my luggage during the day and also take some rest in the evening before departure.
I will stay again every time I’ll visit Calcuta.

We didn’t stay here - you can’t apparently if you are a foreigner. Which makes me question how we were able to book it. However they moved us to Fab hotel quest which we really liked.

I really loved the service of Manager Meghna and also the care taker at the emerald suites. It was truly a relaxing and beautiful and easy time and experience I had with this amazing place.
